At this stage the ICEplus solution does not cater for multiple mobile devices/numbers per user. So you need to make sure that the number you have used to register is your primary number as if our IMC gets a Panic activation from you, this will be the number they call you back on. 


The are two way to update your number...

  1. Online profile: Log in at https://www.iceplus.co.za with your previous number and password. Once you have logged in, navigate the the "my account" section and update your number.
  2. Dial *120*423*423# from your new number. You be prompted for your ID number and then your password


If you can't remember your password, or don't have access to your previous number, then you'll need to log a support ticket via the website, or mailing us at care@iceplus.co.za so we can verify some additional information before updating your profile
